Choose fitted clothes that you can move comfortably in. Clothing too loose can ride up during inversions (when you're upside down). Most people opt for fitted t-shirts or sleeveless tops, along with leggings or shorts.

For your first session, you can wear regular socks. If you decide to continue with your Pilates sessions, we recommend grip socks (with sticky dots on the bottom) for safety, especially as you progress to intermediate and advanced exercises.
We prefer separated toes for your socks as it enhances the sensation from fascia movements. However it is down to personal preference and wont affect your experience drastically.
Bare feet are prohibited on the equipment for hygiene reasons. -
Pilates can help build muscle, improve endurance and posture. If your goal is to lean out and lose fat, I recommend combining weight lifting with Pilates. Weight lifting builds muscle mass and increases metabolism to achieve muscle definition, while Pilates encourages proper core engagement and posture improvement.

Yes! A moderate level of exercise is encouraged during pregnancy, provided you have your doctor's approval. Prenatal Pilates offers numerous benefits, including:
Strengthens Core Muscles: Supports your back and pelvis, helping to reduce common pregnancy discomforts like lower back pain.
Improves Posture: Promotes better posture and correct alignment as your body adjusts to carrying extra weight.
Increases Balance: Helps you maintain balance as your center of gravity shifts.
Controlled Flexibility: As pregnancy progresses, joints become more mobile to accommodate the growing baby. Pilates helps you build muscle to control this increased flexibility and avoid injuries.
Always ensure you have the go-ahead from your healthcare provider before starting or continuing any exercise regimen.
